Starting to write his own rap tracks merely when he was merely a fourth grader in school, Milli¥en has currently transformed into a phenomenal 21-year-old singer-songwriter and rap artist. About to release his upcoming song “Out Of my Mind”, Milli¥en has big hopes and dreams for his future.
The song which was inspired by his own personal experiences, aims to inspire anyone who listens to the track. Hi there Milli¥en. Thank you for joining us on Peachy Magazine! Let me start by talking about your upcoming single “Out Of My Mind”. The track dwells deep into the different aspects of your life. How was it like exploring a personal theme like this and creating an art out of it?
It was a personal journey and I had a lot of fun in the studio. It’s so powerful looking back to the past and reflecting on where you were in life and I love being able to share my story with my fans.
What kind of reaction are you hoping to achieve from your fans through this track?
I can’t wait to hear it played on beaches, it’s got such a summer vibe so I hope people get really warm when they listen to it.
What kind of message do you want to convey to your listeners through this song?
Live life to the fullest and don’t give up when you’re at your lowest because the best is yet to come. Life can change in an instant, just like it did for me.
How did the name “Out Of My Mind” come into existence?
It was the first thing that came out of my mouth when I hopped on the mic. It just made sense
If you could go back in time and be able to give a message to your past self, what will you like to convey?
Just start pushing music out earlier, I had a lot of goals and didn’t know how to achieve them but all I had to do was start putting songs out for others to listen to.
As we are facing this unfortunate pandemic, is there anything specific that you are doing in order to stay creative?
Keeping the bigger picture in my mind constantly keeps me motivated and creative. Creativity for me, comes from being motivated.
What’s your dream concert like? If given an opportunity, what country would you be the most willing to go in order to perform your music?
It’s going to fu*king go off! I’m going to tour the world but the USA or Japan would seem the most fun.
What’s next for you? Any upcoming projects/music you would like to hint your fans about?
2021 has something exciting on the way
Lastly, is there anything that you wish to convey to your fans and supporters?
Shoot me DM’s, leave comments, and engage with me! I reply to all my fans! I wouldn’t be here without you and I love each and every one of you.
